We believe in using only the utmost in quality of swim fabrics to ensure the very best fit, feel, longevity and that they flatter your figure. To keep your swimwear in the best condition for as long as possible, especially if wearing Lilliput & Felix swimwear regularly (highly recommended), we recommend hand washing your swimwear in cool water with some mild soap immediately after each use, making sure to rinse out any chlorine, sea water or sand, and then leaving it to air-dry flat in the shade until morning. Be careful not to leave the garments in direct sunlight as this can cause some colours to fade.
However, we also believe in simplicity. We know that when you come back from holiday you just want to throw everything into the machine and be done with it. For this reason, all our fabrics are made in the best mills in Italy and France to provide the best support, performance and longevity but are also machine washable up to 40 degrees Celsius.
Sun, tanning/bronzing lotions, tinted moisturizers, oils, harsh chemicals and minerals, salt water, chlorine, and extreme heat naturally put wear on any swimsuit; this is not a manufacturing defect. To prevent wear as much as possible, be careful to follow the care instructions above and always rinse your garment after contact with any of these substances.
We know that feeling confident in your swimwear is a must! So, for us, fit comes first and is crucial to providing the most flattering silhouettes. We are all individual and unique and so our clothes should be too.
Each Lilliput & Felix design is created with a different figure in mind and so is usually adjustable to ensure the best fit and shape possible. However, to try and make sure you buy the right size first time use the size guide below:

You do not need to be a registered with Lilliput & Felix to place an order; you can check out as our guest. Our payments are processed via a secure checkout system provided by Shopify and you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When an order is placed you will receive an email confirming the order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
If you pre-order an item, you are paying in advance for that item to be made for you. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once it has been made sometimes at an exclusive pre-order price and means that we create less waste by making just enough pieces. Your rights regarding a pre-order purchase are the same as those for any other order on www.lilliputandfelix.com. Please be in touch as soon as possible after placing a pre-order if you have any changes to make. The pre-order price will only be available for a limited time before production takes place and then the item will be available at the full price only as displayed on www.lilliputandfelix.com. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the pre-ordered item we will notify you by email and refund the payment in full to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that item has become unavailable.
If you have registered for an account you can login on our website and view current and past orders at any time. If you have any problems please email our customer care team on customercare@lilliputandfelix.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
UK Shipping:
We can delivery to anywhere in the UK and we charge a flat rate of £6.95 to deliver orders to anywhere on the UK mainland or to EIRE and we offer free shipping on orders with a checkout value of over £200. We courier all your Lilliput & Felix orders on a tracked service and, where possible, we aim to deliver the very next day for orders placed before 11.30am. Orders received later than that will usually arrive with you the following working day (if not before!) Please note that we don't include any paperwork in our packages in an effort to cut down on waste.
International Shipping:
Our garments are jet-setters and we are happy to express deliver them all over the world, also on a tracked service. Rates will be calculated at checkout, but we offer free worldwide shipping on orders of £200 and over. We will require a signature upon delivery of all international orders to make sure they arrive safely in the right hands. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card and it will be up to you to re-arrange a new date for delivery. Please note that we include only the minimum paperwork required, such as a commercial invoice, in our packages in an effort to minimise waste. Also, it is important to know that our postage will not cover Customs Charges - you will need to pay these on arrival if applicable.
Pre-Orders:
If you have pre-ordered a Lilliput & Felix garment, you will be advised of a likely delivery date upon purchase and your order will be shipped once it is ready and packaged up for you.
Lilliput & Felix is passionate about the excellent fit and quality we strive towards and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied we are more than pleased to offer a full refund or exchange if you let us know within 14 days of the goods arriving at the stated delivery address. However, products must be returned in a new and unworn, untarnished condition in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene strips still intact.
If an item that you have ordered is defective, please contact our customer care department on customercare@lilliputandfelix.com and the item will be replaced at no cost to you.
Returns/Exchanges:
If you would like to return or exchange an item, send your garment to the below address with the completed returns form (available for download here) and follow our Returns Policy as set out below. Make sure you mark your package as a ‘Return’ on the outside of the package and on documentation. Email us on customercare@lilliputandfelix.com stating your order number and details to request a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes and your continued use of this site following any such changes shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as device displays vary, accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. No contract for the sale of any goods will exist between you and Lilliput & Felix until we accept your order, and dispatch it to you. We will confirm this by sending you a shipping confirmation email. We must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
All prices on Lilliputandfelix.com are listed and charged in Pounds (£) Sterling and are listed including VAT. Our VAT number is 197241094. Prices are also listed using a currency converter so you can see the equivalent price in your home currency, however you will be charged in GBP at checkout. Currency conversions listed on the website are approximations only and may not reflect the currency conversion rate applied by your payment provider. When submitting an order to Lilliput & Felix you warrant that all details you have provided are valid and accurate and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order, if your payment provider refuses to authorise payment.
Lilliput & Felix reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you if you breach any of our terms and conditions, fail to make payment when due or if we suspect that you have been or are planning to be involved in fraudulent activity on lilliputandfelix.com.
We aim to provide an excellent service and within the best of our abilities to ensure that your order arrives within the expected time frame. However, this delivery period for your order is only approximate. Please note that our delivery charges do not cover customs charges, duties or any handling or holding fees. Any such charge is the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team on customercare@lilliputandfelix.com as soon as possible and we will endeavour to assist you. Please note however, that once your order has been dispatched, you can only cancel it by following the returns process.

We are only happy if you are. If you would like to return any Lilliput & Felix products, you may do so within 14 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange, provided all items are in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging and that you have emailed Lilliput & Felix stating your wish to return or exchange an item and that all order, refund and exchange details are correctly noted in your returned package.
We are happy to exchange products that are faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the shipment date, provided you let us know of the error within that timeframe.

Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Google Analytics:
Lilliput & Felix uses a third party tracking software to monitor its visitors to better understand our visitors and to help us develop and continually improve our website and your experience. This software is provided by Google Analytics which uses cookies to track visitor usage and behaviour patterns. The software will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement of the website, but will not store, save or collect personal information. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Marketing Communications:
As part of the registration process for our email membership, we collect personal data (full name, email address and your location and age should you wish). We use this personal data for electronic marketing purposes only (with your consent) and may send you emails to update you on our new products, events and offers. We aim to update you about products & services which are of interest and relevance to you. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
With your permission, on purchasing a Lilliput & Felix item at a retail or wholesale event we may take your full name, postal address, phone number and email address for accounting and guarantee purposes.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time, by changing marketing preferences via our e-newsletter, making use of the simple 'unsubscribe' link in these emails or contacting Lilliput & Felix via customercare@lilliputandfelix.com
Data Security:
Lilliput & Felix is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure and takes all necessary and reasonable steps to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information you have provided.
We use third party payment processors Stripe, Apple Pay, Worldpay and PayPal to process payments online and at retail and wholesale events.
All online payments will be conducted in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards and your billing information is encrypted before being communicated to them. Your credit card details are communicated directly from your browser to these payment processors. Lilliput & Felix never sees your full account number or card details when you make payment online. Our payment providers automatically store separately the last 4 digits and card type so that we can identify transactions made by a particular card and issue refunds.
We will take all reasonable care to keep your order secure, but in the absence of our sole negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any of your data, including credit card details that you have provided.

Sharing & Storing Data:
Lilliput & Felix only shares personal data to our service providers to help offer a better service for you. Aside from our service providers, we will not disclose your personal data to any third party, except if required to governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers, to comply with our legal obligations, to exercise our legal rights (for example in court cases), for the prevention, detection, investigation of crime or prosecution of offenders or for the protection of our employees and customers.
We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest we will normally hold any personal data is six years. We will always securely update, archive and delete information that is no longer needed.

Lilliput & Felix does its utmost to ensure safe delivery of your order to your address. However, we shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We make no warranty that the Lilliput & Felix website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
